Kerjaya Prospek completed Dua Residency in 2007, being its first high-end construction job in Kuala Lumpur. Subsequently in 2014, KPM made a new record in constructing the tallest building in Malacca - The Shore @ Malacca River, which was awarded with the Best Commercial Landscape Architecture Award Malaysia 2015 - 2016 at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Award. Over the course of time, the Group has completed many other high-rise projects namely, Setia Sky 88 condominium in Johor, Eco Sky condominium in KL and Tribecca in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
